Offshore containers, cargo baskets and gas racks and bundles

Ritchie offers a comprehensive range of offshore containers, cargo baskets and gas racks and bundles, all certified to either DNV 2.7-1 or BS EN 12079. We offer project support ranging from specification to delivery, including design, FEA and testing, ensuring you get a competitive but compliant solution.

Cabins and lab modules

We have the facilities to design and manufacture a wide range of bespoke cabin and lab module solutions to meet individual customer requirements.

Gas cylinder handling equipment

Ritchie offers vast experience in designing, testing and constructing gas cylinder handling equipment to meet specific customer requirements. Gas cylinder handling equipment is fully tested for offshore and onshore application requirements.

Cylinder gas packs

Ritchie’s 48-cylinder and 64-cylinder gas packs are manufactured to DNV 2.7-1 and BS EN 12079 standards as requested and finished to corporate requirements. The gas cylinders can hold either 48 or 64 J-type cylinders.

Lifeboat davits

Ritchie has experience in constructing lifeboat davits in various sizes, all of which are manufactured and certified to DNV 2.7-1 and BS EN 12079 standards and finished to corporate requirements.

Lifeboat davits can be manufactured with corrugated or flat side sheets. All units are seal welded on the outside and can be either stitched or fully welded internally.

Offshore containers

Ritchie has been designing, manufacturing and testing offshore containers for 25 years. Its range includes offshore containers for dry goods, open tops and half heights, which are used by major offshore users or leasing companies.

Half-height offshore containers

Ritchie’s half-height offshore containers are manufactured to DNV 2.7-1 and BS EN 12079 standards as requested, and finished to corporate requirements.

Mini and standard offshore containers

Ritchie offers mini and standard offshore containers, which are manufactured to DNV 2.7-1 and BS EN 12079 standards, and finished to corporate requirements. In addition, these can be manufactured with corrugated or flat side sheets. All units are seal welded on the outside and can be either stitched or fully welded internally.
