Austrahose is the largest industrial hose and fittings stockist in Western Australia. We supply the oil and gas offshore industry with premium goods, including platform loading, floating hoses, breakaway, dry break and swivel couplings, hammer unions, umbilical hoses, rotary drills and Kelly hoses, as well as our unique Austratag hose management system. Our premium rubber hose is imported out of Italy from IVG Spa.

Platform loading hose strings

Austrahose builds, supplies and tests hose strings for platform loading and bunkering services, including diesel, glycol, drill mud and potable water. We use premium products such as IVG hose and fully traceable Shand stems and ferrules.

Floating and submarine hoses

Austrahose represents Bassi Offshore, a premium manufacturer and supplier of floating hose and ancillary equipment for the offshore industry, and provides its range of floating and submarine hoses.

Quick disconnect couplers, breakaway systems and fluid connector systems

Austrahose represents the MIB Italiana range of offshore and onshore quick disconnect couplers, breakaway systems and fluid connector systems associated in FPSO, offshore platform and onshore facilities.

Breakaway, dry break and swivel couplings

Austrahose supplies quality breakaway, dry break and swivel coupling products from manufacturers such as Klaw, Fulcrum, Todo and Artar.

Hammer unions

Austrahose’s range of hammer unions cover from figure 100 to figure 1502 in sizes ranging from 2in to 6in. Through our two premium suppliers, Anson and American block, we ensure the highest quality hammer unions.

Umbilical hoses

Austrahose supplies a full range of umbilical hoses according to specific customer requirements.

Rotary drill and Kelly hoses

Austrahose represents manufacturers such as Copper State Rubber and Gates for a range of high pressure rotary drill and Kelly hoses.

Ancillary components

Austrahose provides Hosebun hose trolleys and rated hose slings for lifting or suspending hoses.

Tagging system

Austratag is the leading tagging system in the offshore industry. In the system, an info-reader scans and reads the RFID tag, which then sends all the data information to the computer and into a readable file. The reader comes as one complete unit featuring mobile phone use, a GPS system and a camera.

The UHF system is the latest technology on Australian soil, providing features such as a longer reading range, capable of multiple readings and the option to adjust the reading range, for example from 3m to 0.5m.

Premium hoses, customised hose end fittings, platform loading and bunkering hoses

Austrahose has the best equipped work shop in Australia and can supply premium hoses with customised hose end fittings. We have specifically designed and created hose end fittings, as well as designed, built and tested platform loading and bunkering hoses, for the offshore industry.
