STAINLESS STEEL CHAINS FOR CABLES AND HOSES

Brevetti produces both nylon and steel chains. Offshore applications usually require stainless steel, type AISI 316L. For all applications in which you cannot use nylon chains Brevetti Stendalto proposes the Steel Series chains. Available with aluminium draw plates or aluminium split cross pieces and created by design, these chains can be used in special applications as offshore platforms, steel plants, etc. Made with mild steel zinc plate, they are available with aluminium drilled frame or steel rods with movable separators. Explosion-proof nylon fittings can be supplied for some chains.

Standard steel chains are available on the Brevetti catalogue. Customised solutions are always available whenever the catalogue is not enough.

There are practically no limitations in chain dimensions. Any kind of cable or hose will fit into a Brevetti chain.

FLEXIBLE CABLES

Built using the latest industry knowledge, Brevetti Stendalto offers flexible and extra-flexible cables that meet the ever-changing demands of today's high technology productive processes. Our wide range of flexible cable types allows Brevetti Stendalto to respond to the increasing requests coming from all fields of production.

FLEXIBLE SHEATHES

The Reiku flexible sheathes, made of polyamide, complete Brevetti Stendalto's specific range of dynamic cable protection products. Thanks to their high strength and flexibility, the Reiku sheathes are reliable,versatile and ideal for chemical and thermic cable protection.

ACCESSORIES AND SERVICES

Brevetti completes the service with accessories such as guide channels, trolleys, fixed points, tow arms and transportation structures (cradles).

Chains can be supplied with cables and hoses already inserted, ready to be connected to the rig. Brevetti can supply cables and hoses, or the customer can send them to Brevetti for insertion into chains.

On-site supervision, dismantling of existing systems and installation of new systems are also possible. Brevetti's skilled teams can guarantee their presence anywhere in the world within a couple of days. All of Brevetti's staff are patented to work onboard offshore platforms.
