JSC Podolskkabel - Cables and Wires

JSC Podolskkabel manufactures a wide range of cables and wires. Our range comprises of: power cables, pilot cables and control cables, telecommunication cables, radio-frequency, multi-pair mounting cables, cables for geophysics and bore-hole oil pumps, marine and alarm-blocking cables and also wires such as mounting wires and aircraft wires.

We manufacture auto-tractor wires, installation and winding wires, field connection wire, lightning household and many other wires. We now also produce halogen-free cables with increased resistance against flame which maintain their function during a fire. Our new production includes installation data communication cable, fire alarm installation cable, pilot and control cables.

CABLES AND WIRES WITH COPPER CURRENT-CARRYING CONDUCTORS

POWER CABLES

We offer power cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation, fire proof and fire resistance, intended to transmit and distribute electric power in the networks for rated alternating voltage up to 1kV and frequency 50Hz, used at stationary laying inside and outside air-proof area of NPP. These cables are designed for exploitation in NPP systems, class two and three according to the OPB classification 88/97.

CABLES WITH POLYOLEFIN

Cables with polyolefin-radiation modified isolation, intended for submission for electrical power to electric motors of oil recovery. It comes with armoured steel zinc-coated tape, with a long-allowable conductor reheat temperature of up to +130°С.

EPS CABLES

EPS cables are intended for submission of electrical power to submersible electric motors for setting oil recovery, currented up to 3,300V rated alternative voltage. Copper core cable with isolation from radiation-modified composition and elastomer thermoplastic, armoured steel zinc-coated tape, with it is long-allowable reheat temperature of conductor up to +150°С.
