SOM - Marine OCIMF Hoses and Dock Hoses

SOM is a specialised marine hose producer, located near Istanbul, benefitting from more than 50 years' experience in rubber hose manufacturing. SOM provides a range of high-quality, high-performance offshore oil and marine hoses, designed and manufactured in full accordance with the OCIMF guidelines. Submarine and floating hoses are available in bore sizes ranging from 4in to 24in, steel wire reinforced or textile reinforced.

SOM also produces a wide range of dock loading hoses suitable for various petroleum products, including LPG and bitumen / asphalt as well as ship to ship (STS) hoses, bunkering hoses, etc. Our hoses are fully prototyped to EN1765, EN1762 and EN13482. SOM's factory is fully accredited to ISO9001:2008.

Our floating and submarine hoses fully comply with and exceed the requirements of the OCIMF 'Guide to Purchasing, Manufacturing and Testing for Loading and Discharge Hoses for Offshore Moorings', 4th edition, 1991.

SOM hoses are available with rated pressure of 15bar and 19bar. All specialised offshore hoses needed for the safe and efficient operation of CALM buoys and MBM / CBM systems as well as FSOs and FPSOs are available from SOM, including first off the buoy, half reinforced, half floating, neutrally buoyant, mainline, tail, tanker rail barbell hoses, etc. Hose designs can be tailored to our customers' requirements.
