Our systems are tested to the most demanding prequalification tests and passed NORSOK with rust-creep values below 3mm, even after 2.5 times the required exposure time (10,000hrs instead of 4,200hrs). Major offshore structures around the globe have tested and used MCU-Coatings extensively to protect their offshore structures from corrosion. From the cold climates of Alaska to high humidity areas in South East Asia, MCU-Coatings has been proven to outperform the well known plural component epoxy coating systems.

MCU-Coatings has representation in over 20 countries around the globe. MCU-Coatings has a small mobile team of highly trained technical sales people who deliver full reported survey, cost estimation, MCU product specification and inspection to the company’s own Aviation Precision Standard (APS).
APS was developed because MCU-Coatings found that the current standards, such as IMO, ISO 9001 and Norsok, are too low and often not satisfactory to our customers. We not only report, we also work actively with the owner to find the best solution for optimal corrosion protection within the calculated budget and time.
MCU-Coatings was the first to develop stable moisture cure urethane technology and is now also the first to develop a high solids environmentally friendly moisture cure urethane coating.
