NEPSYS patented dry underwater welding technology

NEPSYS is Neptune’s patented (Australia, USA and UK) dry underwater welding technology that dramatically improves conventional offshore, oil and gas and marine maintenance practises. NEPSYS has been granted approval by all major international class societies (Lloyds Register, ABS, Det Norske Veritas and Bureau Veritas) for its permanent, quality (AWS 3.6 Class A) in-situ weld that is of the same standard as welds achieved in dry environments.

Engineering and fabrication services

Hydrographic surveying

Neptune Geomatics adds a diverse array of offshore marine hydrographic survey and geotechnical services to Neptune Marine’s extensive list of capabilities. Neptune Geomatics provides a comprehensive range of geophysical, geotechnical, positioning and construction survey support services to the offshore oil and gas industry, along with a number of dedicated services for harbour and telecommunication authorities. Employing state of the art technology and equipment, Neptune Geomatic’s hydrographic surveying services are accurate, efficient and rapidly delivered.

Pipeline stabilisation and grouting

Neptune possesses industry leading expertise in the engineering design, manufacture, supply and installation of pipeline stabilization, and protection products and services for the offshore oil and gas industry. Based in Fremantle, Western Australia, and with offices in Singapore and Indonesia, as well as representation in the UAE and South Korea, Neptune’s business unit, Sea-Struct, also provides a range of offshore grouting services. The unit’s innovative solutions and software have achieved international accreditation from third parties, including DNV and Bureau Veritas.

ROV and vessel supply

Neptune Marine specialises in the provision of quality remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services and tooling solutions for both shallow and deepwater applications. With a growing fleet of the latest technology work class ROV systems, Neptune offers a unique and economic solution with uncompromised performance and dependability. Neptune also owns and operates the specialist construction support vessels MV Neptune ROV Supporter (55 metre multi-purpose vessel with fully classed DP1 capabilities) and MV Neptune Trident (70.05 metre specialist anchor handling, tug and platform supply vessel featuring 5506 BHP, DP2 and FiFi class capabilities).

Rope access and tension netting IRM

Neptune Access IRM works closely with clients to overcome difficult and demanding access situations through the provision of rope access, lightweight staging and tension netting techniques for inspection, repair and maintenance.

With application on and offshore, rope access techniques provide numerous advantages including cost and time savings, safe operation, flexibility, unobtrusiveness and minimal or no disruption. Complementing rope access is the tension netting system that offers rapid, unrestricted access to a diverse range of on and offshore structures. In the offshore oil and gas industry, Neptune Access IRM’s expertise above the water level mirrors that of Neptune Marine’s below.
