Prefi Prefabricated Buildings was founded in Ankara, Turkey in 1995, where we have the opportunity to build prefabricated buildings for the European and Middle Eastern markets. Modular prefabricated building units

There are hundreds of modular prefabricated building units that can be selected from our database and there are thousands of formations we can give price quotes for. Popular options include the 1.3m width unit and the 2.4m width unit produced on three manufacturing lines. The 2.4m width modular prefabricated building units are down-chassis, top-chassis panels and are the most popular modular prefabricated building units we produce. Toilets, latrines, water heaters etc. can be added with ease. Many designs can be planned and delivered to tight deadlines if required.

Our 3m width units are our biggest standard modular prefabricated building units. The company also builds custom units up to 3.6m wide. The modular prefabricated building units can be up to 3m high and 13m long. In addition, a simple, four-wheel trailer can be attached under the unit for mobility.

Modular steel panel system buildings

Modular steel panel system buildings can be built with one or more storeys. We plan and fit the building systems according to your needs, areas and definitions. The modular steel panels are insulated with glass wool or rockwool.

Our modular steel building panel main bearing frames have special 'U' and box profiles. Powder-paint coated galvanized steel forms the outer side of the panel and white, laminated chipboard covers the interior side. It is covered to reduce humidity and does not need to be painted. Cement bonded particular board can also be used to cover the inner side.

Wide spanned steel structures

Prefi can meet your demands according to your needs and the surrounding environment. Our industrial solutions are easily mounted and demounted with bolts.

EPS boards or polyurethane boards are used in order to provide insulation to adapt the solution to the climate. Cold storage, showrooms or high buildings can be built.

Non-insulated structures are also available. Clients can select either powder-coated galvanized steel sheet covered structures, or galvanized steel sheets as an exterior covering. Warehouses, for instance, usually do not require insulation, making our un-insulated wide, spanned steel structures an ideal solution.
