THE FL200 WATER ANALYSERUsing UV fluorescence, and a highly sensitive photomultiplier, the FL200 can accurately measure PPB levels of aromatic hydrocarbons in effluent water. When calibrated using crude oil a very good correlation can be made, giving an output in total hydrocarbons. Made with few, yet robust, moving parts the system is designed to work continuously without any routine maintenance, except for replacement of the cleaning solution on a monthly basis. The fully automated cleaning system ensures there is no build up of contamination, thus preventing errors and ensuring a high degree of reliability. The FL200 water analyser offers:

WATER IN OIL ANALYSERSIMA supplies the Delta C ‘water cut' analysers to give precise measurement of water in oil between 0.05% to 40%. The DC 1500 is a by-pass type unit; the DC 3500 is an alternative where direct insertion is required. The Delta C analysers work on the principle that the higher the water cut the greater the capacitance. The microprocessor based electronics incorporate sophisticated algorithms to compensate for temperature and density variations which facilitate high-resolution and stable results. WATER-IN-OIL DETECTION SYSTEMThe HydroQuest BB4 is designed to be an economic solution for detecting water in an oil system. Often thousands of pounds of damage and many man-hours can be lost because a single seal has failed, or a heat exchanger has ruptured. With the advent of the HydroQuest BB4, as soon as free water rises above a pre-determined, adjustable level a relay indicates a fault which can in turn be used to drive an alarm or trip the system. The BB4 can detect a percentage as low as 0.5% of water in oil. HUMIDITY ANALYSERSThe HygroFlex series are the latest generation of humidity transmitters based on digital technology. The HygroFlex analysers are extremely flexible, offering integration through analogue outputs or digital signals.
