Norac manufactures interior systems for ships and offshore oil installations that meet modern safety and comfort requirements. The full product range includes items such as fire retardant wall panels, ceiling panels, bathroom (wet units), maritime furniture, and fire safety doors and windows.

In total, Norac now covers all the maritime industry's fire classes and is a leader in advanced noise reduction solutions. We cover all fire classes from B-0 to H-120 and all noise classes up to 54dB. We also supply solutions involving lightweight doors, ceilings, walls and bathrooms.

OFFSHORE / MARITIME WALL SYSTEMS

Norac has produced and delivered offshore and maritime wall systems throughout the world for more than 25 years. We put a lot of emphasis in developing systems to meet both present and future requirements with respect to the following critical issues: quality, flexibility, fire, sound, weight and installation.

We hold a full range of wall systems including C- to A-60 class systems, sound reduction up to 53dB and low weight aluminium walls.

OFFSHORE / MARITIME CEILINGS

Norac has a wide range of ceiling systems used for both marine and land based construction. Our range of ceilings provides solutions for all areas onboard a ship, whether it is for the wheel- house, cabins, corridors or for larger areas.

Danacoustic modular ceilings systems offer the very best in acoustic properties and the ingenious construction gives a very easy and inexpensive installation. The self-suspended ceilings are designed without suspension to the deck head to avoid structural-borne noise and to avoid additional loose fire insulation.

OFFSHORE / MARITIME DOORS

Norac Baggerød AS has a complete range of doors from ship type internal doors to external A-class and weather tight doors, as well as heavy-duty offshore doors to fire class H-120 (hydrocarbon). In addition, Norac Baggerød also manufactures windows for offshore application up to fire class H-120.

OFFSHORE / MARITIME WINDOWS

Norac has developed fire rated windows with fire class from B-30 up to H-120 in various sizes. The solutions offers optimum safety and comfort with an on site tested sound reduction of 60dB.

OFFSHORE / MARITIME WET UNITS

Norac's prefabricated wet units for ships, offshore living quarters and onshore buildings are produced according to the most stringent methods and with a strong focus on quality. Our bathrooms are of durable construction, require a minimum of maintenance and are comfortable rooms for the users.

With many years of experience and specialized competence, Norac offer fully fitted wet units for marine accommodations, from cruise ships to offshore installations. Norac wet units, whether standard or custom made, are manufactured according to the strictest rules and regulations and are fabricated from only first class materials.

Nordic Maritime Furniture supplies high quality furniture and fittings for merchant shipping and offshore installations. Our furniture is designed for a long lifetime of practical use in crew cabins, dayrooms, meeting rooms, offices and on the bridge deck.
