SERIES 700 INDUSTRIAL GAS-DETECTION SENSORS

Detcon Model Series 700 industrial gas detection sensors are specifically designed for harsh and extreme locations.

This new and superior level of environmental durability in sensor design includes an electropolished 316 stainless steel housing, multi-layered transient spike protection circuitry and 100% encapsulated electronics. The sensor electronics are completely protected and immune to water ingress and corrosion.

The Series 700 model sensors are available in a variety of technologies, including solid state catalytic bead, infrared, electrochemical and photo ionization. They can be used to monitor combustible gases, H2S, oxygen, combustible hydrocarbons, CO2, toxic gases and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) gases.

The Series 700 model offers a series of integration modules, including HART and Profibus protocols, as well as a remote alarm module.

HYDROGEN SULFIDE SENSORS

Detcon Solid State H2S gas sensor assemblies are designed to monitor ambient air for gas concentrations of hydrogen sulfide in a wide variety of ranges; from the standard field adjustable models with 0ppm-20ppm / 50ppm / 100ppm selectivity, to high-range models up to 1,000ppm.

Detcon electrochemical H2S gas sensor assemblies are designed to monitor low PPM range concentrations of H2S.

COMBUSTIBLE GAS AND COMBUSTIBLE HYDROCARBON GAS SENSORS

Detcon catalytic-bead gas-sensor assemblies are designed to monitor ambient air for concentrations of combustible gas in the range of 0%-100% of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL).

Detcon infrared sensors are designed to detect and monitor combustible hydrocarbon gases in the LEL range.

TOXIC GAS SENSORS

Detcon toxic gas electrochemical gas sensor assemblies are designed to monitor ambient air for the presence of a wide variety of toxic gas compounds. The list of toxic gases measurable by Detcon equipment is amongst the most extensive in the gas-detection industry.

CO2 INFRARED GAS-DETECTION SENSORS

Detcon CO2 infrared sensors are designed to detect and monitor carbon dioxide gas across a very wide range of sensitivity. Sensor designs are available for detection ranges as low as 0ppm-3,000ppm and a high as 100% by volume.

OXYGEN DEFICIENCY SENSORS

Detcon O2 gas sensors monitor oxygen deficiency levels in ambient air or oxygen concentrations in process applications, and can measure between volume capacities of 0%-1% to 0%-30%.

DETCON MODEL 10 AND 12 SINGLE-CARD ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEMS

Detcon Model Series 10 and Model 12 gas-detection and alarm systems consist of single-sensor control cards that can be integrated into one system design to create multi-function monitoring and control of a wide range of field devices.

DETCON MODEL 6400 64-CHANNEL CONTROL SYSTEM

Detcon Model 6400 is a user-configurable multi-channel gas alarm control system. It is configurable for up to 64 active channels, and can be configured to poll up to 64 serial devices via the RS-485 Modbus RTU.

DETCON MODEL X-40 CONTROL SYSTEM

Detcon Model Series X40 systems are a family of control products that can supervise from one to eight inputs, display the real time status of each input and output critical alarm action in accordance with user-configurable requirements.

DETCON MODEL 880 CONTROL SYSTEM

The Detcon Model 880 PLC based graphic control system is specifically designed to serve as a host monitoring and control system for serial (80 devices) or analog (40 devices) networks of gas-etection sensors,as well as a broad range of other field devices.

DETCON MODEL 1000 PROCESS GAS ANALYZERS

The Detcon Model 1000 family of process analyzers has been designed to provide accurate and continuous measurement of target gas concentrations in all types of process gas streams. Available analyzers models are an H2S (electrochemical or solid state), CO2 and a H2S / CO2 dual analyzer. A portable H2S analyzer is also available.
