We offer a variety of fixed gas detectors that monitor for combustible gas, hydrogen sulfide and other toxic gases. Our flame detectors use the latest technologies to reliably and accurately detect fires. Our products are found all over the world in a variety of industries including offshore platforms, production facilities, tankers, and refineries.

FLAME DETECTORS

Designed with ultraviolet (UV), UV / Infrared (UV / IR) and Multi-Spectral IR (MSIR) sensing technologies, our flame detectors are state-of-the-art flame monitoring equipment. They provide the highest levels of protection available with superior false alarm immunity and excellent field-of-view capability. They feature 0m to 20mA output, along with continuous optical path monitoring (COPM), and MODBUS communications.

Our newest flame detector, the Model FL4000, is a Multi-Spectral Infrared (MSIR) flame detector designed to operate at a longer range with a wider field of view to provide superior false alarm immunity. The FL4000 employs an MSIR sensing array with a breakthrough Neural Network Technology (NNT) system that reliably discriminates between actual flames and most false alarm sources (such as arc welding and reflective sunlight). The flame or non-flame decision is then reported as an output via LEDs, relays and MODBUS. The result is highly reliable protection of equipment and facilities with advanced false alarm immunity.

COMBUSTIBLE GAS DETECTORS

Using proprietary designs, materials and manufacturing techniques, our combustible gas sensors feature rapid response and superior accuracy. Our Model S4000C / S4100C intelligent sensors are microprocessor-based transmitters designed for use with catalytic bead sensors. They feature one-person calibration and can virtually self-calibrate by activating a magnetic switch and applying gas. The Model IR2100 is an infrared point detector that needs no routine field calibration, thereby reducing maintenance requirements. All of these detectors monitor combustible gases and vapors within the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) and provide status indication and alarm outputs.

H2S GAS DETECTORS

Our long-life Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) sensors are relied upon for their speed of response, high sensitivity, repeatability, robustness and reliability in a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. The Models S4000T / S4100T H2S gas detectors are microprocessor-based transmitters that detect hydrogen sulfide in parts per million (ppm) levels and provide status indication and alarm outputs.

TOXIC GAS DETECTORS

Our toxic gas detectors are designed with advanced electrochemical and infrared sensing elements for use in hazardous environments where reliability and precision is essential. Our Model TS4000 Intelligent Toxic Gas Detector monitors the following gases in the ppm range:

• Nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide
• Oxygen deficiency

It can link up to 13 local gas and fire alarm panels over a network up to 25km long. It easily integrates with third party auxiliary devices such as horns, beacons and fire suppression systems.
