The ML 1200/40 LTM (Long Term Mooring) Swivel Link was designed and developed for the Golar Nor FPSO Petrojarl Foinaven 10-point mooring system.

The ML 1200/40 includes a large diameter Johnson Oile brass bearing avoiding buoy pig tail twisting around the mooring line whilst under tension/torque. All steel parts in the movement are protected by Orkot composite bushes and washers to avoid mechanical wear.

The ML 700LF/LT Mooring Swivel contains a double bearing system in order to achieve low friction and low break-out torque overcoming the torsion induced in mooring operations.

Moorlink low friction swivels are built to meet the most stringent requirements set by the offshore industry, capable of operating in water depths down to 2000m.

The ML 64-90/40 Mk 4 Wire Clamp is specially designed and developed for the requirement of fitting buoyancy (surface or sub-surface) to six stranded mooring wires of all possible diameters.

Spread moorings for offshore applications are our speciality; we can manage the entire mooring lifecycle from concept to decommissioning.

We can design and install your special purpose, temporary or cyclone mooring; providing a single point of contact for all your mooring needs.

The engineering rigour behind aquaculture mooring systems and the structural integrity of your cages is of increasing interest to investors, regulators and insurance companies.

We have performed work for a number of confidential ocean renewable energy device developers and are a corporate member of the WA Sustainable Energy Association.

In addition to mooring design services Moorsure’s navigation specialists can provide support to developers of ports, harbours and marinas through assistance with the specification and supply of navigation aids.

‘The Force’ Model 100 is a cathodically protected clamp that has the highest holding power within the industry.

Most of our protectors are made from ABS high impact plastic, which is strong, light and cost-effective.

Our protectors are designed to protect your equipment from damage or contaminates during shipping.

Based in Norway, OTS’ factory uses high-tech fibres to produce fibre ropes with diameters up to 350mm.

OTS’ ropes, made from Dyneema® HMPE fibre, enable operators to easily carry out offshore installations at depths of 2,000m at only 15% of the weight.

OTS’ ropes are fitted with an outside protective jacket, which gives them more abrasion-resistant properties than any other existing rope, and increases the lifetime of the rope considerably.

Anchor chain from Ramnäs Bruk - if quality is your priority.

All process data, water temperature, chain speed, and zone temperature in the furnace is recorded for each chain length providing 100% traceability.

Ramnäs asymmetric stud with controlled stud expansion minimizes frequency of loose studs.

The RAMFOR and RAMFOR Slim offer unique fatigue properties. Their locking head designs provide large load-carrying areas for wide stress distribution.

Ramnäs Bruk AB ISO 9001:2000 certification by DNV is completed. We are holders of DNV certificate No 2003-SKM-AQ-1891.

Sotra Marine Produkter is one of Europe's largest anchor and chain suppliers, keeping a considerable stock of new and second-hand offshore anchors, chains and accessories, in all sizes / types.

Studlink anchor-chains are used for permanent and emergency anchoring of ships and other floating installations; the studs secure that every link comes into the gypsy in the correct position.

Studless anchor-chains are for permanent moorings where the chain will not go over a gypsy; advantages include less weight, ability to fit larger shackles without endlinks, and the avoidance of loose stud problems.

Bruce FFTS Mk4 anchors have a complete, unique self-righting ability (even when upside down), and ease of racking, making them the anchor of choice for rig upgrades.

Our anchor-chain accessories include Kenter joining shackles; Type D anchor and joining shackles; swivel-forerunners; type ASW swivel shackles; Baldt joining shackles; ramfor connectors; type Baldt pear, safety bow and mooring shackles; and thimbles.
