From 21st to 24th of June 2005, over 28,000 international visitors attended the exhibition and conference highlighting oil field products and services from over 600 exhibitors.
Endress+Hauser was one of the exhibitors featuring their Oil&Gas portfolio of measurement automation technology. Among the highlights was the Micropilot S radar meter for better than 1mm uncertainty for custody transfer and tank gauging as a key component of a complete Endress+Hauser inventory management process. The new pressure and differential, P/DP Evolution line, with many innovative features found large interest by visitors. A show stopper was the integration of a very compact 250mm (10") Coriolis massflow meter into the booth structure. This setup clearly demonstrated the little footprint requirement of such a highly precise measuring system, better than 0.1%, with a large volume flow capability, 150,000 BPD, for fiscal metering. The very user-friendly and multi vendor Asset Management capabilities of Fieldcare were also demonstrated at the booth.
