REAL-TIME DATA LOGGERS

Loggers for recording valve-pressure tests, wireline cable tension, depth and speed, makeup and breakout torque, and load and temperature logging are just some of the paperless chart logger configurations. Loggers are based on our industrial workshop computers or hazardous area offshore computers, providing clients with a large choice of suitable solutions.

Logging software is simple to operate. However, it provides flexibility for technical data analysis. Features include adjustment setups of logging rate, graph scales and display during real-time logging and playback reviewing. Reports can be printed directly to printers or converted to PDF files. Data can be exported to text or Excel format for analysis.

OFFSHORE HPU AND MACHINE CONTROLLERS

HPU and machine controllers are designed to customer specification. Eztek works closely with major service companies, providing efficient and accurate control systems for both onshore and offshore environments in a range of climates worldwide. Complete systems packages can be supplied providing, in some cases, fully automated solutions. Eztek can also supply part systems to interface into third-party systems.

E-LINE LOGGING SYSTEM

Winchman panels for providing real-time display and logging of wireline cable tension, distance and speed are popular with many leading wireline service companies. Eztek are proud to offer the world’s smallest Windows® CE based Winchman Zone two computer system.

The E-line logging system is a combined correlating and perforating logging system. Comprising of surface panels used for performing single conductor E-line perforation and plug setting services, it provides all surface equipment required for interfacing to third-party wireline units and trucks. Wireline units and trucks can incorporate correlation and perforation tasks when the E-line logging system is supplied with an Eztek winchman panel and relevant surface equipment.

RIG TALKBACK INTERCOMS

Two-way talkback intercoms and four-way talkback intercoms are designed for offshore hazardous areas. The rig intercoms comprise of a master station and remote hands-free stations. These systems are designed specifically for speech communications in noisy environments, making them invaluable tools during wireline and coiled tubing operations, where good verbal contact greatly enhances operational safety and efficiency. Safe-area versions are also available.

INDUSTRIAL CABLE SOLUTIONS

Industrial cables for industrial and hazardous environments are supplied with a range of Eztek products. Eztek assemble high-quality cable and connector systems for many international service companies. These range from small fiber-optic pigtails to large multi-core armoured cables. Cable systems can include reels with built in connectors.
