New Multi-Channel Sodium Analyzer

Hach Ultra have released a new multi-channel sodium analyzer, the POLYMETRON 9240. This online process analyzer provides low-level sodium measurement in high purity water applications for the Power Generation industry. With a detection limit of 0.01ppb and a range of 0-10,000ppb, it is ideally designed for monitoring sodium in demineralized water, boiler feed, condensate and all parts of the steam/water cycle.
This new sodium analyzer has one to four channels with optimized rinsing sequence allowing different types of water on the same instrument. It ensures automatic adjustment of conditioning across pH, sample and temperature changes. Its common interface presents a user with immediate and simplified process visualization.
Extensive communication capabilities of this new analyzer include analog, alarm relay, JBUS/MODBUS and Profibus. The innovative and sleek design optimizes use of space with an IP65 transmitter, wall-mount enclosure in ABS and a SS frame. Operation and maintenance are designed to minimize total cost of ownership.
