Waaree Instruments - Process Control Instrumentation

For more than 15 years Waaree Instruments has offered a broad range of equipment and services for process control instrumentation and automation. We are India's largest ISO certified manufacturer and exporter of pressure instruments, temperature instruments. RTDs, thermocouples, thermowells, level instruments and allied accessories.

Waaree has a sales network of 14 offices across India and exports to more than 65 countries. We have served the oil and gas market, as well as the petrochemicals, pharmaceutical, chemicals, and other process industries.

Level gauges and switches

Waaree offers a wide variety of level switches and gauges / indicators. Among their many offerings are the following instruments:

• Bicolor / by-pass
• Reflex
• Tubular
• Transparent

Waaree also supplies the LH series float and board level indicator. This open scale target-reading type level indicator works on the principle of buoyancy. It features a dust-proof pulley housing and SS Bush bearing for smooth rotation of the pulley.

Pressure instruments

Waaree manufactures and supplies a full range of pressure instruments for customers in the oil and gas industry. These include:

• Gauges: bourdon type, diaphragm type, capsule type and differential pressure gauges
• Switches: pressure and differential (weatherproof and Atex certified)
• Accessories: snubber, syphon, and over load protector

Temperature instruments

Temperature indicators available from Waaree Instruments include:

• Gas filled temperature gauges (stem type and capillary type)
• Exhaust thermometers
• Bimetal thermometers
• Combination gauges (pressure and temperature)

Thermocouples

Waaree provides a wide range of thermocouples to be used as replacement elements in existing thermowells / protection tubes, including low cost options, mineral insulated thermocouples, bare wire thermocouple elements with ceramic insulators, thermocouples with adjustable process connection for adjustable insertion length, and many more.

RTDs

In addition, Waaree is capable of custom-designing RTDs for special applications with a variety of element sizes available as per customer requirements. RTDs with flexible, durable mineral insulation for use as a replacement insert in existing thermowells / protection tubes with a bare conductor are provided for termination of your choice.

RTDs with adjustable process connection for adjustable insertion length are also available in all standard sheath diameters.

Calibration, accreditation and testing facility

Our laboratory complies with ISO-17025 standards for pressure, temperature and humidity. We offer formal recognition for technical competence that is accurate, reliable and reproducible. We also provide calibration and measurement data.

To maintain the high quality standards of our various products, we have adopted a system of mandatory inspection and testing, as well as conducting periodic quality audits and system evaluations. All components pass rigorous type tests before they are put in the production line. Foolproof incoming, in process and final tests of each and every product, enable us to maintain the best quality products.
