ASEP - Wireline Cranes and Mast Units

TRUCK-MOUNTED WIRELINE CRANE UNITS

ASEP's truck-mounted wireline crane units are the K-LIFT Crane Truck A and K-LIFT Crane Truck B. The design is a supporting crane unit comprising of a PTO drive system and open operator console with integrated medium duty crane boom section. The units are mounted to an ASEP supplied 6x4 or 6x6 truck chassis.

SKID-MOUNTED WIRELINE CRANE UNITS

The K-LIFT Mobile Offshore Crane is a supporting crane unit comprising of a drive system, open operator console with an integrated heavy-duty crane column section plus main winch and manrider winch. The unit can be transported as a single lift.

The K-LIFT Work Lift is a personnel / equipment lifting unit comprising of a drive system, open operator console and integrated light duty 360° rotating boom section with two-person work platform. The unit can be transported as a single piece and is trailer mounted. The boom is a two-section folding / telescopic design capable of lifting and supporting lightweight surface pressure control equipment and is also suitable for wellhead maintenance.

SKID-MOUNTED TELESCOPIC WIRELINE MAST UNITS

The K-LIFT BaseReach is a supporting mast unit comprising of a drive system, open operator console with integrated heavy-duty mast column section plus main winch and manrider winch. The unit can be transported as a single lift. The mast column is a three-section telescopic design. A five-section telescopic design is available in the K-LIFT FlyReach.

The K-LIFT HighReach has all the features of the BaseReach and FlyReach, and has a mast column in a five-section telescopic design with a mechanically attached extension jib. The HighReach is available for rent.

The K-LIFT SkyReach has a mast column in a five-section telescopic design, plus a main winch and a utility winch. The SkyReach is also available for rent.

SKID-MOUNTED FOLDABLE WIRELINE MAST UNITS

ASEP's skid-mounted foldable wireline mast unit range comprises the K-LIFT FlyFold and K-LIFT SkyFold.

The design is a robust lightweight, self-supporting structure wireline mast. The units are heli-portable and the base frame is fitted with forklift pockets, lifting eyes and removable jacking castors.

The folding boom is fitted with double-acting cylinders for folding and erecting. The wireline mast is suitable for a marine environment. The mast is equipped with hydraulic double-fall winch and a hand winch for operating the sheave catcher. The sheave catcher is hydraulically locked.
