J.D. Neuhaus has added two air operated hoists to its Profi range.
The Profi 1.5 TI and Profi 3 TI / 2 models are both equipped with a new 2kW-rated vane motor. Like all JDN air hoists they are super-reliable, which has been proven in comprehensive long-term tests. Classified in driving mechanism group M3 / 1Bm, the hoists have fulfilled the required 480h with full load successfully. This corresponds to 19,200 load cycles at 3m height of lift with PROFI 3TI / 2.
The new JDN air hoists with capacities of 1.6t and 3.2t work safely over a pressure range from 4bar to 6bar, making them an absolutely versatile tool.
The rope and FI control allow very sensitive regulation of the lifting and lowering speeds, an advantage for smooth starting and stopping. Alternatively, JDN offers the robust E control.
As with all JDN air hoists, the new Profi require no additional motor lubrication.
The standard Ex classification is: Ex II 2 GD IIA T4 / II 3 GD IIB T4, with increased spark protection: Ex II 2 GD IIB T4 and for the explosion group IIC: Ex II 2 GD IIC T4.
Manual, reel chain and motor trolleys complete the programme.
