HOT-AIR LPG SEALING SYSTEM

The innovative hot-air sealing solutions have established Baliga Lighting in the field of LPG sealing. The hot-air sealing of PVC seals for hazardous products, such as gas cylinders, has proven to be the most effective method of sealing LPG cylinders.

In the conventional LPG sealing system, LPG and gas cylinders were sealed by using aluminium-crimping seals on the LPG regulator valve. Since this conventional sealing system is not foolproof, Baliga came out with the innovative hot-air sealing solution.

To increase safety and eliminate tampering, Baliga pioneered the use of crimping of PVC seals with the use of pneumatics and hot-air sealing systems. Baliga's hot-air sealing solutions have been well received by the global market as a cost-effective and safe LPG sealing system.
