Manual torque multipliers

The manual multiplier enables operators to accurately tighten or loosen the toughest bolts with ease and complete safety. This compact, versatile torque multiplier applies precision torque in nearly all heavy-duty fastening situations, eliminating the requirements for multiple operators. Torque ranges are from 1,500Nm to 60,000Nm.

Radial compact pneumatic torque wrenches

These torque wrenches are specially designed for use at extremely protruding screw ends such as those you find with heat plate exchangers.

Electric driven torque wrenches

Micro-controlled monitoring combined with a processor controlled switch-off electronic assures precise repeatability of pre-set torque. Repeatable accuracy for switch-off is plus or minus 5% for identically soft or hard joints. The drive concept is also an electric and frequency controlled, brush-free synchronized motor. It is a constant-magnetic motor with high torque and highly efficient operation ratio. You can reach torque settings up to 40,000Nm depending on the machine type. Electric multipliers are up to ten times faster than pneumatic multipliers, maintenance-free and low in wear.

The torque tools series alkitronic-EFCip with protection class IP 54 offers unique bolting technology with high torques and the highest mounting speed and consistent quality for your bolting. The EFCip...plus version employs the torque plus angle method.

Hydraulic driven alkitorc-torque wrenches

Torque wrenches AT are advanced torque wrenches conceived and constructed to provide torques up to approximately 35,000Nm. The highly developed technology is proven to be effective and meets the highest demands for easy handling.

Torque wrenches ATZ provide safe tightening and loosening up to 49,000Nm despite their compact size. The Drive element and hexagon link are easily interchangeable.

alkitorc pneumatic and electric driven hydraulic pumps

Our pneumatic and electric driven hydraulic pumps are suitable for use with customary hydraulic torque tools, independent of the cylinder size and torque range.

Pneumatic hand driven pump LHP

Our pneumatic driven hydraulic pumps are designed for applications within areas with air networks and within ex-protected working environments. These are available with an operating stroke / reverse running option that can be implemented via safety-remote control.

Electric driven hydraulic pumps EHPC without magnetic control valves

alki-Technik's electric driven hydraulic pumps EHPC are frequency controlled, brush-free and feature a synchronised motor. Speed, pressure and volume dependent control is available. They are perfectly adjustable to oil flow due to their three-stage operation. The direction switch of the of the drive motor ensures powerful but careful changeover from power stroke to idle stroke.

The EHPCplus version offers innovative pressure optimized regulation that guarantees the best possible use of the pump's performance. The constant communication between the pressure sensor and microprocessor optimizes the operation speed.

Flange boys

Our flange boys enable you to separate flanges easily and safe. By inserting the flange boy in one of the bolt holes of a flange, slipping the bolt support plate between the flange facings and turning the flange spreader by means of a wrench, replacing gaskets or spade sets will no longer be a problem.
