Continuous plant integrity monitoring

Integri-Tech plant integrity monitoring and FFS technology, offers a range of plant integrity services to monitor integrity and FFS, and quantify plant health and life. Integri-Tech is a unique service that provides plant integrity, life and FFS monitoring, corrosion and defect assessment under multiple loading combinations, and can be used to extend the plant life.

Integri-Tech is the only remote monitoring technology that generates accurate quantified plant integrity, FFS statements daily, defining inspection priorities as well as predicting:

In pipework, measuring vibration and comparing results against a limiting velocity, safety chart or LOF approach is incorrect and very misleading. Integri-Tech is the only technology available that quantifies the effects of vibration on piping and predicts plant life for the whole system, not just the point of measurement.

Included is crack growth, fatigue, damage rate, flange leakage, SWP and code compliance and stress. It defines tolerable flaw sizes, plant life, days to failure, inspection priorities, action dates, etc.

Our rapid defect FFS service means that if you find corrosion or any defects, you can have an up-to-date FFS statement within hours, which can be extremely valuable to avoid shutdown situations.

Corrosion and defects assessment

Our unique DC-Maps™ corrosion assessment technology can dynamically map and assess corrosion or defects, providing an advanced assessment of the FFS of the corroded piping, vessel or tank.
