Hull integrity / classification surveys

Rope Access Inspection, in conjunction with RITC, is accredited by ABS, DNV and BV for performing thickness gauging as part of special periodic surveys for mobile offshore drilling units, fixed offshore structures and other marine vessels such as crude carriers.

Our rope access techniques are extremely safe and efficient alternatives to traditional survey methods such as rafting or scaffolding. We can carry out the work while the vessel is sailing, on tow or when docked during scheduled shipyard visits. Rope Access Inspection is experienced in all aspects of reporting for the classification societies and provides final reports in both soft and hard copy formats.

We understand the importance of collecting the right data in the right way. Our personnel have the necessary experience in all aspects of special surveys.

Skilled inspection and rope access personnel

Rope Access Inspection only uses the most skilled inspectors and rope access technicians who have acquired many years of experience on a wide range of projects. All tasks performed meet our clients' specifications whilst minimising any disruptions to the work area. The efficient and professional attitude towards the projects help to make Rope Access Inspections' inspection and rope access technicians flexible and easy to work with.
