Inspection and measurement technology specialist Optical Metrology Services (OMS) has announced it will be exhibiting at the 2017 Subsea Tieback exhibition.

The technical engineering event will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Centre, San Antonio, Texas, between 21-23 March, and is set to play host to more than 2,000 delegates from around the world.

OMS will be located at stand 1031, and will be showcasing its world-renowned portfolio of precision measurement and inspection services, alongside discussions of the latest industry trends, opportunities and market developments with a whole host of subsea professionals.

Delegates will be able to seek advice on upcoming projects, alongside discussions of previous solutions delivered by the OMS team.

OMS head of client solutions Paul Eagle commented: "As a fast-paced industry, keeping ahead of the game when it comes to insight and knowledge is key to providing effective and appropriate technology, both for the service providers delivering innovative project solutions, but also for the companies working on subsea initiatives every day of the week.

"At OMS we believe in a collaborative approach to furthering the industry. As such, we know that first-person insight gained from those working out on subsea projects is invaluable. However, we also understand the importance of sharing our own best practice.

"By taking this approach, we’ve continued to lead the way in the subsea measurement and inspection marketplace, working in close collaboration with some of the world’s most well-known oil and gas companies to deliver the perfect solution.

"Over the past five years alone, we’ve measured almost 100,000 pipes, while maintaining 100% accident-free man days on site. This is a result of developing safe solutions that help increase efficiency and improve integrity.

"We’re looking forward to exhibiting at the Subsea Tieback exhibition and sharing our latest product and service solutions with delegates from around the world.

"As one of the most renowned events in the oil and gas calendar, we’re sure that it will be a resounding success, leading to highly useful knowledge sharing which can help the industry recover."
