Belman Production has been designing and manufacturing steel compensators for pipelines since 1994, and is today a strong player in the global market. Belman can also supply:

Steel compensators

All pipelines, with a continuous media, are often exposed to thermal expansions, vibrations, pressure thrust forces and indulgence in the foundation of settlement.

As it is not possible to design the pipeline so that it can absorb these movements itself, for instance via a loop expansion joint, a steel compensator is the optimum solution. Belman's steel compensators are an indispensable component for pipelines in the offshore industry as they significantly prolong their service life by absorbing thermal expansions and vibrations.

Belman custom-designs and manufactures steel compensators from DN 40mm to more than DN 6,000mm in both round and rectangular in many different kinds of materials.

Hygienic, cleanable compensators

Belman’s Sanicomp™ compensator is a hygienic, cleanable solution for pipelines. It is the only compensator in the world that has completed and passed the EHEDG cleaning test.

SaniComp solves the conflict of choosing between optimum absorption of movements in the pipeline or a cleanable solution as it combines the two. With SaniComp, costs for damaged components and sudden break-downs in pipelines are now history, as are non-cleanable compensators.

SaniComp is easy to clean and absorbs movements in the pipeline, making it the optimum solution.

Willbrandt rubber compensators

Belman provides a range of rubber compensators chosen from leading manufacturer Willbrandt Gummitecknik.

BR rubber compensators

Belman offers the BR series of rubber compensators, which consists of three different types:

• BR-130
• BR-200
• BR-201

The BR series is suitable for simple applications and pipelines that do not make great demands on the compensator, such as lower pressure and temperature.

Self-guided, axial expansion joint

HeatComp is a self-guided,axial expansion joint with threaded ends, especially constructed for heating installations and ventilation systems. The compensator is supplied with white painted surfaces that give a delicate, open installation. HeatComp absorbs 15mm to -35mm. Torsion should be avoided.

Metallic flexible hoses

As part of its service to customers, Belman supplies metallic flexible hoses. Metallic flexible hoses are flexible and absorb large movements, which significantly prolongs the service life of connected equipment by absorbing thermal expansions and vibrations.
