Brück GmbH manufactures and supplies carbon steel, stainless steel and high alloy steel flanges and flange related products for the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry. Brück also specialises in the manufacture of hot rolled rings and special forges.

The company has a broad experience of working with special material grades including Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel, Monel, Aluminium and Titanium.

We manufacture products up to a maximum outside diameter of 5,300mm, maximum height of 1,750mm and a maximum singles weight of 28 tons. We produce both standard versions and customised versions depending on the client's need. Our products are of the highest quality and we received approval as per DIN ISO 9002 in 1994.

Our extensive stock of base materials means that we are able to offer the shortest delivery times.

EX-STOCK STAINLESS STEEL FLANGES AND SPECIAL FORGES

Profit from our flexibility - we even stock tailor-made stainless steelflanges. Our extensive and versatile range of standard flanges enables us to react in a fast and flexible manner to all customer requirements. The highest quality standards secure the demand of our products and therefore we are able to provide customised flanges direct from stock.

We guarantee a one week delivery time for flanges of all known international dimensional standards - even if the flanges differ from the standards, subject to test temperature, mechanical values, US, MPI or liquid penetrant testing.

Our own forge, heat treatment facilities and quality systems including third party inspections (TÜV, Lloyds...) allows us to cater even for non-standard requirements.

HOT ROLLED RINGS AND OTHER STOCK

• API 605 flanges 26" - 36", 150 and 300 lbs in material A105/LF2

On request, we also stock hot rolled rings, other pipe connections and forged pieces in different dimensions (the request is especially necessary for weights of 1500, 2500 lbs).

EMERGENCY AND BREAKDOWN SUPPLY SERVICE

In addition to our fast delivery service, our special emergency and breakdown supply service allows us to supply urgently required pieces within the shortest delivery times.

Specialised staff groups in different departments (sales, technical, QA and the machining shop) enable us to speed up your orders with the use of dedicated production equipment working separately from the normal manufacturing process.

Depending on the shape, your order normally takes under one week to arrive at the shipping department. This fast delivery service will save time and prevent delays in the completion of your processing facilities.
