Penn Stainless Products - Specialty Pipe and Tube Processing

Penn Stainless Specialty Pipe & Tube can supply the most challenging pipe and tube requirements in nearly any combination of material type, outside diameter, wall thickness, length and quantity.

We meet this challenge in two ways. First, we inventory a wide selection of product in a number of stainless, duplex and nickel alloys, in both seamless and welded pipe and tube. Most tubular items can be cut, packed and shipped in just one day.

Non-standard welded pipe and tube

We also supply non-standard welded pipe and tube for custom requirements with reduced lead times. Size ranges from 2.5in OD through to 96in OD; wall thicknesses exceeding 2.5in thick can be produced in many material types. Stainless, duplex, six-moly, nickel alloys and chrome moly are supplied as welded products.

Our processing and delivery capabilities are wide-reaching. We have delivered orders for just one piece of 18in Sch 80 (0.937in wall) x 16ft long in duplex 2507 in five working days to meet an outage. We have also supplied 700ft of 12in Sch 40s in 304H with a six-week delivery. Whether you need just 1ft, a length or 1,000ft or more, we can supply the requirement with the delivery you need.

Specialty pipe and tube fabrication

Our tubular processing capabilities and inventories are well-suited to meet the demands of the petrochemical and process industries. Pipe and tube fabrication is completed in accordance with ASME specifications. Specifically, we offer a number of value-added services to satisfy critical applications, including:

Duplex tubular products

The use of duplex grades continues to expand. Duplex is well-suited to many applications in the process industries. We can supply duplex in 2304, 2205 and 2507.
