Shell and tube heat exchangers

Backed by an experienced team of engineers and associations with leading heat transfer specialists, including Lummus Technology Heat Transfer, RCR Stelform provides a comprehensive service in the design and manufacture of shell and tube heat exchangers.

Continuing in-house research and development, and associations with international designers and suppliers, ensure our clients have access to the latest techniques in heat exchanger design and manufacturing.

Pipe spooling

RCR Stelform specialises in customised solutions for pressure piping systems. We provide a wide range of services from the supply of materials, through to total solutions for design, manufacture and installation.

RCR Stelform has developed its own production control software, SpoolMan, which records, monitors and controls all aspects of pipe spooling projects. Its functions provide drawing status, traceability of materials inventory, manufacturing, data reports and spool costing sheets.

Pressure vessels, columns and reactor vessels

RCR Stelform provides design and manufacturing services for pressure vessels, columns and reactor vessels.

Our in-house capabilities offer mechanical design and manufacturing, and established relationships with process design associates enable us to provide total pressure vessel engineering solutions. Our design capability includes high pressure designs and vessels which are required to carry the ASME code stamp.

Boiler pressure parts and waste heat recovery equipment

RCR Stelform is Australia's leading independent manufacturer of boiler pressure parts and waste heat recovery equipment. Our company and staff have been involved in the manufacture of boiler pressure parts for almost 40 years, supplying parts to most Australian industrial and utility power stations, and to clients in Asia.

This history has helped us to develop a broad base of experience and expertise that ensures a high level of quality in all our boiler parts, equipment and service. Pressure parts are manufactured to AS, BS and ASME standards, and are ASME stamped, where required.

Process skids

RCR Stelform can save on-site construction costs, downtime and reduce project duration with the supply of process equipment modules.

Using our own in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, Stelform offers complete design services for this off-site technique. We will also provide process skids manufacturing services to client specifications.

Tight radius tube and pipe cold bending

RCR Stelform specialise in tight radius tube and pipe bending; offering a large range of tooling sizes and radii.

Combining Stelform's wide experience of tube and pipe forming with access to the world's largest stocks of alloy and carbon boiler tube enables us to offer fast turnaround of tube and pipe bends for breakdown or refurbishment projects.

Pressure retaining equipment manufacturing facilities

RCR Stelform offers clients the manufacturing capabilities of well-equipped, high-tech workshops. Separate workshop facilities are used for pipe spooling, heat exchangers and boiler pressure parts. Clean room facilities are available for the fabrication of exotic materials.

Our workshops are managed by experienced supervisors and dedicated quality control personnel. All drawings, specifications and instructions are issued according to controlled document procedures and each manufacturing facility has online access to our computer network.
