Yang Bo manufactures a wide range of products for the offshore industry that include:

The company manufactures copper based alloy seamless tubes products up to a maximum outside diameter of 10.0mm to 269mm and maximum length of 25m.

Yang Bo provides a complete line of copper based alloy seamless tubes for offshore applications and has supplied Al-brass and Cu-Ni tubes to Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction Co Ltd, Ras Laffan project, Shuaiba extension project, Sabiya Ph.III projects. The company has also supplied a large diameter copper based alloy seamless tubes (Cu-Ni 90 / 10) to South-Pars 9 / 10 project.

Yang Bo also manufactures seamless steel tubes and carbon steel seamless tubes as per customer requirements.

INFRASTRUCTURE

For the production of seamless copper-nickel tubes, heating coils, heat exchanger tubes and seamless Al-brass tubes Yang Bo's state-of-the-art production facility is equipped with two units of 6t melting furnace, 4,500t extrusion press, six units of pilger mill / Mannesmann, Bueltmann drawing centre and others for mass production.

COMPANY HISTORY

Yang Bo was established in 1986 to produce cold drawn steel bars. The company's NOK-SAN factory has been producing seamless Al-brass and Cu-Ni tubes since 2002. In order to manufacture reliable tubes, Yang Bo uses Pilger mill machines and other sophisticated equipments to meet worldwide recognized code and standards such as ASTM, ASME, DIN, BS and JIS.
