Convertronic GmbH, headquartered in Kirchlengern Germany, was established in the early 90's with a prime focus on industrial power. High quality power back-up products for marine and offshore applications has been a key area of interest since the very beginning.
During 2006 Convertronic was acquired by Eltek Energy AS, a global actor the power industry. Becoming a part of the Eltek group strengthened Convertronic in may fields and opened the global market for sales and service.
Recently Eltek Energy acquired Valere, further strengthening R&D, buying power and global reach. Eltek Energy and Valere has now formed Eltek Valere, a true global leader in this field.
In this process we have also decided to rename Convertronic to Eltek Valere Industrial GmbH, reflecting our family inheritance as well as key business focus.
