EPCglobal Acquired by US-Based MPS Global

EPCglobal has just been acquired by MPS Global LLC (MPSG) to create one of the world’s largest technical recruitment groups, with over 700 staff and a pool of almost 300,000 candidates.
MPS Global’s US-based divisions specialise in staffing, sourcing and the supply of high-tech and design talent to the engineering and IT industries. The acquisition of UK-headquartered engineering and construction staffing specialist, EPCglobal, means the combined group can offer its technically diversified international clients the broadest range of candidates to meet their needs.
EPCglobal will continue to operate with the same brand name but the acquisition extends MPS Global’s reach through EPCglobal’s network of international offices in Asia and Europe.
EPCglobal’s executive managing director, David McIntyre, said: “The MPSG acquisition is a great deal for both companies and for recruiters looking to work at a fast growing technical specialist.
