G W Marine offers a range of offshore audit and consulting services. Audit types include company management system audits, site-specific audits and third-party audits. All audits are conducted to recognised industry standards and all auditors are certified lead auditors. Detailed reports are produced which provide the company with the opportunity for continuous improvement of their systems and facilities.

These audits review the company’s entire Safety Management System (SMS), from top management through to the operations level, and determine if the system is functional and operating as detailed in the company’s policy manual and associated documentation.

SITE-SPECIFIC OFFSHORE AUDITING

This is a detailed review of the site’s operating systems and equipment and how efficiently these systems are being implemented and utilised. OFFSHORE ACCIDENT / INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

GW Marine can provide a comprehensive accident/incident investigation service, which includes detailed reporting. These reports will focus on the root cause of the accident / incident and provide recommendations for improvement. This enables the company to establish improved systems to mitigate repeat failures.

OFFSHORE VESSEL DELIVERY

GW Marine can provide fully qualified Class 1 Masters and/or Chief Engineers, as required, who would work under company instructions and deliver the vessel anywhere in the world.

They would also provide detailed and documented handovers and ensure the vessel is left in a professional and operational status. A pre-delivery inspection can also be incorporated with the vessel delivery, providing a comprehensive package for the company.

OFFSHORE RIG SHIFTS

GW Marine can provide the company with an experienced Master Mariner to oversee and act on the company’s behalf for all maritime safety concerns associated with the marine operational aspects of a rig shift. A fully documented "rig shift" report is provided at the completion of each rig move.
