AxFlow to Distribute Griswold ANSI Centrifugal Pumps

The recent acquisition by Wilden Pumps of Griswold Pump Company, the US-based manufacturer of centrifugal pumps, has created a new business opportunity for AxFlow UK Limited. As part of its distribution agreement with Wilden, AxFlow is to take on the distribution of the Griswold 811 pump range in the UK.
Griswold manufactures ANSI centrifugal pumps for use in the petroleum, petrochemical, wastewater and paper pulp industries. The introduction of the Griswold 811 pump range will open new opportunities for AxFlow in these market sectors where it already as an established international presence.
"The Griswold 811 ANSI range has a great reputation within industry sectors where harsh operating conditions are routinely encountered and where extended equipment life is demanded," says AxFlow managing director Tony Peters. "AxFlow will be supplying the 811 in a wide range of sizes, capacities and materials so we shall be able to serve many different processing applications. Models are available with a choice of low flow vane impeller and fully open impeller, thereby accommodating both low flow conditions and liquids containing solids and abrasives that seriously reduce the performance of enclosed impellers."
AxFlow has an established market presence with Wilden AODD pumps in the UK and it is anticipated that the introduction of Griswold centrifugal pumps will further strengthen the Wilden brand reputation.
