Bjørge Rotating Equipment Solutions is a Norwegian-based equipment supplier of API610 centrifugal pumps and pump systems. Bjørge, as an OEM, owns and manufactures the well-known Eureka pump technology and has over 30 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.

EUREKA FIREWATER PUMP PACKAGES

Bjørge supplies Eureka firewater pump packages with pumps powered either directly by diesel engines, by diesel-electric generators, or by electric dry-mounted motors.

The Eureka firewater system includes a driver, a pump, and a control system with no need for utility consumption in operation mode. The systems and pumps are in accordance with NFPA 20 regulations.

EUREKA SEAWATER LIFT PUMPS

The Eureka seawater lift pump consists of a range of API610 heavy-duty centrifugal pumps delivered to the oil and gas industry for more than three decades. The Eureka range can be delivered as line-shaft pumps, electric submersible pumps or dry-mounted pumps all in seawater-resistant materials.

The Eureka CD vertical turbine pumps are recognised as proven technology with robust design, long life and the highest availability and reliability in the marketplace. Capacity range is from 500m²/h to 10,000m²/h and head up to 250ml.

EUREKA CARGO PUMP SYSTEMS

The Eureka electric-driven cargo oil export system gives optimised HSE values like high system efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and safe maintenance.

The Eureka deepwell pump is a centrifugal, single or multistage product lubricated line-shaft type. The distributed pump arrangement has one deepwell pump in each cargo tank. Each pump can have a differential pressure up to 22bar(g) and there are no limitations on capacity.

The Eureka deepwell pumps are electric driven with explosion-proof deck-mounted motors. For higher pressure and other operational scenarios booster pumps are incorporated in the system.

EUREKA PROCESS PUMPS

The Eureka process pumps are a selection of heavy-duty API610 centrifugal pumps developed for the oil and gas industry. They cover various applications like hydrocarbon pumps, produced water pumps, utility pumps, and cooling and heating medium pumps. All material grades are available. The stuffing box accommodates both single and double cartridge mechanical seals.

The Eureka pumps comes in three different API610 executions:

• Eureka OH2: overhung, centerline mounted
• Eureka OH4: vertical in-line pump
• Eureka BB2: in-between bearings execution
