We have built and mobilised to west Africa an air powered reel fitted with 1,500m of 2in R13 hose rated for a working pressure of 5,000psi.
During 2006 our integrated management system was assessed by BM Trada and awarded registration for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001:1999. This complements our ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
The same year we also added an additional zone two 8V71 HT400 triplex pump, zone two 80hp hydraulic power packs, 4in overboarding sheaves and a number of 1in, 2in and 4in powered reels to our fleet. Two off 600hp centrifugal pumps are currently under construction.
We have continued to invest in our workshop equipment and personnel to increase our engineering capability and capacity. We have completed a number of equipment refurbishment projects and trials for client equipment.
Our agency personnel business continues to perform well. We have supplied pipeline, process, well servicing, marine and excavation personnel to the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Europe, west Africa, Dubai, New Zealand, Singapore and Sakhalin. Our in-house technical training courses have been very successful and allowed us to increase our supply of day-rate personnel while maintaining safety and technical competence.
Our rental business continues to perform well as a result of our increased investment in equipment and service facilities and an active market. Recent hires came from the North Sea, Baku, Norway, Canada, Egypt, Angola, Nigeria and South Africa.
We are always interested to review any surplus oilfield pumping or marine equipment customers may have for sale.
