API-certified oil and gas pumps

The new CLP pump product programme consists of a full product range covering the API-674 and API-675 standards, complying with general industry standards and product documentation. Danfoss CLP pumps are designed for metering, injecting and transferring various chemicals, additives and other hard-to-handle fluids into production pipeline systems, gas wells and oil wells.

Corrosion-resistant pumps for the offshore industry

The CLP pump principle is a well-proven technology. All parts included in the pumps are designed to provide long service life. All wetted parts of the pumps are made of duplex or super-duplex stainless-steel combined with the newest polymer technology, ensuring resistance to corrosive and low viscosity fluids.

All CLP pumps are fixed displacement pumps in which the flow is proportional to the number of revolutions of the input shaft and the pump displacement, regardless of any counter-pressure.

Energy-efficient oil and gas pumps

A Danfoss pump has the smallest footprint. The smallest ones can be carried in a suitcase for easy transportation by helicopter, for example. Replacement of wear parts takes approximately 15 minutes. No oil lubrication is needed because the liquid medium itself lubricates the pump. There is no need for service on a regular basis because the mechanical shaft is the only sealed part of the CLP pump.

One CLP pump covers the same flow range as several centrifugal or plunger pumps, due to the linear flow function depending only on the rotary speed. CLP pumps are among the most efficient technology on the market with total efficiencies up to 95%.
