Nitrogen container-system

The Nitrogen container-system is the most powerful of the Pneupa models. The complete technical plant is installed in a 40ft container that can be moved by crane at any time to operate at any location. Connection and operation is quick and simple.

With a combined output of 1,000m³/h and a degree of nitrogen purity of 95%, Nitrogen container-system can simultaneously supply several containers / rooms with nitrogen. The system's catalyser protects both the technology and the environment.

Nitrogen huckepack-system built-in nitrogen system

The built-in unit Nitrogen huckepack-system is ideally suited for offshore installations and ships. With a degree of nitrogen purity of 95% the installation can produce up to 500m³/h. As with all Pneupa models, the degree of purity can be increased up to 99.5%.

The Nitrogen huckepack-system comes fitted with all the relevant technical elements direct from the factory - from compressor to control system - and is ready for immediate on-site use. This means security of planning and lower assembly costs for the customer.

Modular Nitrogen cabinet-system

The Nitrogen cabinet-system is the smallest in the Pneupa range. Constructed as a modular cabinet system it takes up the minimum space necessary.

The master cabinet has a maximum combined output of 250m³/h and a degree of nitrogen purity of up to 99.5%. If the customer wishes, the output can be increased by adding extra modules to meet the requirements.

The Nitrogen cabinet-system is constructed without a compressor and can be used wherever compressed air is already available. Only first class, standardised components are used in the construction of the systems - guaranteeing a long working life, easy operation and speedy servicing worldwide.

A powerful catalyser protects not only the technology, but also the environment; this means low maintenance and repair costs.

Customised nitrogen plants and systems

Nitrogen has many uses, both on land and sea, and each application makes its own particular demands on nitrogen technology. The nitrogen systems from Pneupa Nitrogen Systems meet these requirements exactly, because they are specially manufactured to match customer needs. The company relies on either intelligent membrane and / or PSA technology, depending on the degree of nitrogen purity necessary. The degree of purity can be as high as 99.999%.
