Keshkamat, established in February 1979, supplier and installer of CCTV systems for industrial and commercial premises. Since 1980, we have primarily concentrated on manufacturing and supplying flame and explosion proof CCTV system equipment for refineries, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, coal mines, oil wells and chemical and pharmaceutical plants.

The flame and explosion proof enclosures for the CCTV equipment are custom built. We provide a number of accessories that can enhance your CCTV coverage and quality, depending on your site requirements. CCTV systems are vital as they enable you to monitor various areas of your site which are inaccessible to your employees.

We manufacture enclosures, junction boxes in various sizes as per the requirement in aluminium alloy LM-6, stainless steel 304 and 316. We have unique designs of enclosures and pan and tilt for housing cameras and scanning them.

FLAMEPROOF AND WEATHER PROOF CAMERA HOUSING

For housing CCTV camera and lens with heater blower kit. Models include KH93 and KH98.

FLAMEPROOF WEATHERPROOF PAN AND TILT HEAD FOR SCANNING

Flame and weather proof camera housing can be mounted on the pan and tilt units. These pan and tilt head mounts will hold camera housing safely to reinforce the excellent CCTV picture. Due to their durability these mounts are perfect for offshore locations.

Models include KPT95 and KPT 98-IIC.

FLAME AND WEATHER PROOF JUNCTION BOX

We provide flame and weather proof junction boxes in two models, each for different hazardous gas groups. They are exclusively used for housing the receiver driver unit of the CCTV camera with motorized zoom lens mounted on the pan and tilt head.

Models include JB2000 and JB/2004-IIC.

FLAMEPROOF AND WEATHER PROOF PLUNGER

Our flame and weather proof plunger has an input connection of water and an output connection through which a flexible hose and nozzle are brought over the front glass. This enables the camera screen to be washed allowing the CCTV to perform its function.

CERTIFICATION

In India all our products and flameproof CCTV equipment are certified by CMRI, BIS, CCOE which are certifying bodies for flame proof, explosion proof enclosures and equipment. Our products have been also certified as per ATEX Directives and CE marking by DNV Norway.
