miniBOOSTER Hydraulics offers a comprehensive range of hydraulic boosters which are used worldwide in a variety of applications. There are several major advantages in using hydraulic intensifiers from miniBOOSTER Hydraulics. The compact size of the miniBOOSTER allows installation at a point where high pressure is needed. That means less expansive low pressure components can be used in most of the hydraulic system. miniBOOSTER is easily incorporated in existing and new systems.

The product programme includes solutions for pressures up to 5,000bar, flows up to 70L/min and almost every fluid media from environmentally water glycol solutions, to aggressive airplane hydraulic oils.

HC2 HYDRAULIC BOOSTERS

The HC2 is a compact unit weighing only 1.0kg. It is ideal for use in a variety of applications where building of and maintaining of high pressure is required. The HC2 raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for consumption to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure.

HC6D HIGH-FLOW DUAL-ACTING UNIT

The HC6D is a high flow dual acting unit, which is capable of a flow up to 56.0L/min on the high-pressure end. Like other miniBOOSTER models, the HC6D raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for consumption of oil to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by the supplied pressure. Relative to its flow capability, the HC6D is a compact unit weighing 20kg.

HC8 - HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INTENSIFIER

The HC8 delivers intensified pressure up to 2,000bar. Operating like the HC2, the HC8 is a unique, self-contained device, which boosts inlet pressure by up to a 20:1 ratio without the use of external power. In addition, the HC8 maintains high pressure by automatically compensating for consumption of oil on the high-pressure side.

High pressure is directly proportional to inlet pressure. The HC8 is compact in size. The HC8 works at inlet pressure from 20bar to 200bar. On standard versions maximum outlet pressure is 2,000bar. Higher pressure (3,000bar) is available on request.

DUAL MEDIA HYDRAULIC INTENSIFIERS - HC6D2

The HC6D2 is a self-priming dual media unit, which is capable of a flow up to 41L/min on the high-pressure end. Like other miniBOOSTER models, the HC6D2 raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for consumption of oil to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by the supplied pressure. Relative to its flow capability, the HC6D2 is a compact unit weighing 22kg.

HC6D2W STAINLESS STEEL DUAL MEDIA BOOSTER

The HC6D2W is a stainless variant of the dual media booster. It is a unique hydraulic booster, running the tooling on a separate media (circuit), and offers a strong solution for pressure test (seal) test and cleaning of offshore structures, with almost any media from salt water to various environmentally friendly water glycol solutions.
