The flagship range of 'BEx' Hazardous area signals is an established and reliable solution for explosion proof applications. Using marine grade corrosion resistant aluminium LM6 and high impact ABS FR housings they are available in both flameproof and dust ignition proof versions with approvals including ATEX, FTZU and ANZEx.

Custom alarm tones can be created and products can be configured and pre-wired to meet the requirements of specific applications.

EX SIGNALLING - BEx COMBINATION RANGE

A range of hazardous area alarm sounders, loudspeakers and voice annunciation units with integrated 5-Joule Xenon strobe beacon. Dual 5-Joule Xenon beacons are also available. Minimising installation and equipment cost - an ideal solution for environments requiring complete audible and visual warning signalling.

EX ALARM SOUNDERS AND SIRENS - BEx RANGE

Alarm sounders with 117dB(A) and 123dB(A) outputs, 32 user selectable tones and three remotely selectable alarm stages. A user programmable version provides four alarm stages and 45 tones including simulated motor siren tones and a user definable continuous tone. Telephone initiated models are also available.

EX XENON BEACONS/STROBES - BEx RANGE

Range includes 5, 10 and 15-Joule hazardous area xenon strobe beacons with a choice of six lens colours. The units automatically synchronise when installed on the same circuit and are supplied with a ratchet adjustable stainless steel bracket for 360° positioning. The 5-Joule type is also available in telephone-initiated version.

EX PA LOUDSPEAKERS - BEx RANGE

The E2S range of explosion proof loudspeakers for PA includes 15W and 25W outputs in either 8 Ohm or 16 Ohm low impedance or 70v or 100v line transformer versions.

EX VOICE ANNUNCIATION SOUNDERS - BEx RANGE

Using the 'Appello' technology pioneered by E2S, the BEx voice sounder range can store 16 seconds of user recordable speech which can be played back with a choice of one of 10 alarm tones at outputs of 110dB(A) or 113dB(A).

INTRINSICALLY SAFE

E2S offer alarm sounders and LED beacons certified for use in EEx ia, intrinsically safe, areas. The 32 tone three alarm stage A105N-IS sounder can be installed as a combination unit with the L101L-IS beacon which incorporates a revolutionary 'alarm accept' function.

MARINE ALARM SOUNDERS AND LOUDSPEAKERS

Using high impact FR ABS the E2S range of marine alarm horns and loudspeakers offer an ideal solution to maritime and heavy industrial signalling. Third party tested to IP66 and IP67 they combine features such as dual cable entries, stainless steel brackets and outputs of up to 126dB(A).

MARINE BEACONS AND STATUS LIGHTS

Incorporating 5 and 10-Joule xenon beacons and status lights with borosilicate glass lenses in a choice of six colours. All units have high impact FR ABS housings and stainless steel fixtures.

SAFE AREA/INDUSTRIAL SIGNALLING

The E2S 'AlertAlarm' and 'AlertAlight' ranges of alarm sounders and beacons are established as the benchmark for industrial, fire, process control and safe area signalling. The range includes sounders from 85dB(A) to 126dB(A), xenon, LED and bulb status and warning indicator beacons as well as the Appello range of voice evacuation sounders.
