'COSL Pioneer' is the first of three semi-submersible rigs sister designed in Stavanger and tailored for Norsjø and shallow water. The rig was recently delivered from CIMC Raffles Shipyard Yantai, China.
The next two rigs, 'COSL Promoter' and 'COSL Innovator', are under construction and will be drilling for Statoil on the Troll field. The rigs are supplied with approximately two-thirds Norwegian content. Rapp Bomek has large supplies of fire doors and hydraulic operated doors suitable for all rigs.
