The RCI FRS 660 Series of fuel re-circulating systems are packaged as a pre-engineered integrated system of pump, pump motor, programmable controls and accessories pre-plumbed and pre-wired. The RCI fuel re-circulating system provides reliable job-engineered system-matched components and factory assembled systems. These are designed for use with foil oil (class II or class III combustible liquids having a flash point of 100°F or higher).

The RCI FRS 660 systems are fully enclosed and suitable for wall or pad mounting. All devices, wiring and plumbing, are contained within a NEMA-3R weatherproof enclosure, isolated compartments are provided for mechanical and electrical components.

Routine circulation of the FRS 660 System will remove over 99% of all free water and up to 98% of dust, and other normal and natural contaminates found in all diesel fuels, including sludge and algae. In addition to dramatically extending filter life and improving engine performance, it increases combustibility.

Diesel fuel begins to deteriorate as soon as it is produced. The problem poses no threat if the fuel is consumed quickly, unfortunately diesel fuel may be stored for years. ENGINE BENEFITS

The RCI technologies fuel purifier eliminates all water from the fuel system, thus avoiding time consuming break downs while preventing the formation of damaging sulphuring acid. It removes all solid particles from the fuel system, including oxides, dirt, rubbish, and all other impurities a density greater than that of the fuel itself.

The purifier also pre-heats the paraffin contained in all fuel, providing superior lubrication of the entire fuel system including the injector pump, injectors and cylinder walls.

PORTABLE TANK CLEANING UNIT

The RC-PTCU is a portable contaminate removal system designed specifically for cleaning diesel fuel tanks, above and below ground. The complete unit is portable and light-weight enough for one person handling and operation.

The self priming pump provides an efficient method for removing tank contaminates, including water and the numerous other normal and natural contaminates common to stored diesel fuel. Pumps are U.L approved for class C fuels and are available with a standard 110VAC, or a12VDC motor.
