Per Wold (55) has been appointed director (Senior Vice President) of human resources and organisational development.
Per Wold has recently been assistant director in Norsk Hydro ASA, responsible for business development of Hydro's industry parks and properties. Previously, Wold was involved in the change-over process for Herøya in Porsgrunn after the 2001 decision to close down the magnesium plant. He has also been responsible for human resources linked to Hydro's industry parks in Telemark, as well as manager for the industry and commercial development company Vekst i Grenland AS, and a corporate advisor for Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon.
Wold is the Danish consul in Porsgrunn, and has several important assignments, such as chairman of the board at Grenland Havn IKS and Sparebanken Telemark.
Per Wold holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Oslo. He enters the position in Grenland Group ASA on May 1st, 2008.
