Drilling operations generate a considerable volume of waste that needs to be treated properly. The process of collecting and shipping the waste for processing is risky, time consuming and comes with a high price tag.

Wastewater processing units

Our NORSOK Z-015 Atex3G / Ex Zone 2 certified 12ft and 20ft compact treatment units (CTU) are able to process your waste waters and used drilling mud on site via a sophisticated mechanical and chemical treatment process developed by scientists from the Stavanger University in Norway.

The CTU systems have been already operational for several years in remote areas both on and offshore. Servicing all the big companies in the oil and gas exploration industry, we have a global fleet of units and operating staff that can service on a structural or emergency basis.

Processing produced water in an efficient and responsible way is a challenge, certainly on remote locations where you require zero down-time. Nature Oil & Gas can service you with flexible but reliable solutions for emergency situations or can design, construct and operate tailor-made produced water treatment systems for larger volumes up to 10,000 barrels a day.

Besides our CTU for processing drilling waste, we offer a CTU that can process produced water.

For emergency situations we have our global emergency response team ready to let our CTU do the job. The 12ft or 20ft container, NORSOK Z-015 Atex3G / Ex Zone 2 certified, can start treating within hours after arrival - keeping your platform in production, without shipping the excess waste to a fixed waste processing plant.
