Dansk Svejse Teknik (DST) is a Danish company specialising in the fabrication of both onshore and offshore constructions, comprising of steelwork and piping of all sizes and specifications.

Our engineering production can encompass a variety of industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical and power generation, as well as any other specific building services requirements.

CUSTOMISED STEEL AND PIPE COMPONENTS

Through a defined and targeted effort we have developed and maintained a solid and competent experience in manufacturing of tailor-made components and constructions. This experience makes us highly capable of carrying out jobs with the highest demands regarding quality, welding procedures, documentation, delivery time etc., whether the job is a pipe-spool system, a 60m flare boom or medium-sized constructions.

OFFSHORE STRUCTURE WELDING

DST is in possession of a large number of welding procedures, enabling us to carry out work in a number of materials, and in different layouts.

Our workforce includes a number of highly qualified and experienced welders and fitters which have specialised in welding with TIG, MIG / MAG and electrodes in materials such as carbon, stainless-steel, SMO, duplex, super duplex, aluminium and cunifer.

STEELWORK AND PIPING CONSTRUCTION AND TESTING FACILITIES

DST's new and modern facilities consist of an 8,500m² workshop, 34,000m² of external working space and a soon to be finished 3,000m² coating facility. Furthermore we have a range of large, modern and efficient machinery for your steel and piping needs, as well as non-destructive and hydrostatic testing facilities on our premises.

With these facilities we can handle even very big and heavy construction projects, yet still have the best facilities for mass production of smaller constructions and components.

HSE – ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 AND DS/OHSAS 18001:2004

DST has committed itself to certification with the above regulations by October 2008. Furthermore, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Bureau Veritas both have free access to perform independent third-party inspections at our facility.

Documentation for all our construction projects is completed according to customer requirements. Our great experience in the creation and control of all documentation required for steelwork and piping construction enables us to cope with the increasing demands for this in our completed projects.
