Tar Kovacs Systems

Tar Kovacs Systems - Autonomous Drones and Platforms and Subsea Services and Equipment

Tar Kovacs Systems (TKS) provides a range of subsea services and equipment to the offshore industry, including:

  • Innovative office design for offshore material builders
  • Patented new means of submarine investigations and tasks
  • Heavy and long-term ultra-deep work site technology
  • Sub-surface and ultra-deep platforms, fuel-celled with long autonomy and full control in real time
  • Unlimited embedded equipment and energy production for all kinds of tasks

Fuel-celled, ultra-deep autonomous drones and platforms

TKS has developed a new concept of submarine industrial drone. The dynamic autonomous submarine structure is built as a free-scale fuel cell and can embed all equipment and tools. It offers full recovery, complete real-time control and ultra-long autonomy.

Dynamic autonomous submarine structure

The dynamic autonomous submarine structure has no depth or load limit and works automatically to balance external pressures and a vertical position. It has a horizontal itinerary for long distances.

In the dynamic autonomous submarine structure, autonomy, communications, external pressures and embedded load balances, as well as propulsion, are made by one single system and have computerized assistance. Each machine can be adapted to many different tasks or missions, and existing equipment can be embedded or built within the dynamic autonomous submarine structure itself.

Autonomous drilling towers, intermediary drilling lines support, submarine platforms, control or survey mobile drones, and heavy lifts are all made with this equipment.

Risers, navigation hulls, ultra-deep submarine drones and platforms

TKS provides a range of ship equipment, including:

  • Risers suitable for all depths that self-stand in a straight position, complete with an original system for lifting up materials lighter than water
  • Navigation hulls made as fuel cells; self-producers of clean energy for ultra long autonomy; unsinkable and free of internal machinery, with an original system of buoyancy control
  • Ultra-deep submarine drones free from ombilicus but with real-time control and communications; extra long autonomy for weeks or months; available in all designs and scales; able to balance any load or load variation instantaneously
  • Submarine platforms that work as giant fuel cells, which provide continuous balance of loads, load variations and external pressures, with an original and communication system embedded to the surface

Renewable, oil fuel-free submarine platforms, drones, ships and propellers

TKS offers oil fuel-free submarine platforms, drones, ships and propellers, which use renewable and clean energy for longer autonomy.

Industrial lift and power supply

TKS’ industrial autonomous lifting vehicle provides power supply for a range of applications, including drilling and heavy recovering. It has an unlimited stand-by position and no ombilicus.

Sub-surface industrial laboratory

TKS has an autonomous laboratory for deep sink oil tankers and oil slick recovery with integrated chemical treatment, intermediary storage and self-packaged delivery of oil to the surface.

Heavy and ultra-deep work sites

At TKS, all kinds of seabed exploitations are possible. Worksites can be repositioned several times, are energy self-supplied and can be continuously controlled and fully self-recovered.

Seabed mining tools

All existing equipment for deep seabed exploitations is adaptable and can be directly designed as an autonomous long-term and fully controlled, self-recovered worksite.
