Bayards was responsible for the offshore industry’s very first aluminium heli-hangar, which is now in use at the Valhall re-development project. |
In 2008, Bayards equipped Saipem’s Semi Sub Scarabeo 8 with a 28m helideck. |

Custom-made for exact fit, Frictape safety nets are directly attached to the helideck structure with fail-safe braiding using the same material, resulting in completely balanced strength. |
Installation of Frictape safety netting is a straightforward task and no tools are required; failsafe attachment to the frame is clearly visible and it can be checked at any time. |
Frictape perimeter safety nets far exceed the strength required by industry standards; for example, safety nets have been tested to exceed a pullthrough force of over 6,000kg. |
