LOST WAX INVESTMENT CASTINGS

The company’s lost wax investment castings are manufactured as per DIN, JiS, BS, and GOST standards. In addition to lost wax investment castings, Rajan Techno Cast takes up casting of any material compositions at international standards. The company can provide customised lost wax investment castings as per customer specifications.

Before undergoing the ceramic-coating process, the wax pattern for the lost wax investment castings is grouped into clusters. The lost wax investment castings process is done in temperature- and humidity-controlled rooms and thus the best dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish is achieved.

The de-waxing process is performed after the ceramic-coating process. In the de-waxing process, the wax is removed by putting the ceramic mould in the hot bath of wax.

The manufacturing unit of Rajan Techno Cast is well-equipped with CAD / CANI facilities and ideal for producing dies. Using latest CAD / CANI technology, the company manufactures dies (patterns / tools).

Rajan Techno Cast also offers technical support on injection and production of wax pattern from the dies (patterns / tools) to its customers. The quality team at Rajan Techno Cast ensures all wax patterns from dies are 360° dimensionally checked.

INDUSTRIAL VALVE BODIES AND PARTS, AND CRYOGENIC AND PUMP CASTINGS

Rajan Techno Cast’s product range includes industrial valve bodies and parts, cryogenic castings, and pump castings. The quality team inspects all the critical dimensions of industrial valve bodies and parts, cryogenic castings, and pump castings before packing and shipment.

The industrial valve bodies and parts, cryogenic castings and pump castings are also available in machined condition. Various types of finishing are available including passivation, electro-polishing, blackening, powder coating, shot biasted, and glass-bead blasting. Industrial valve bodies and parts, cryogenic castings and pump castings can be manufactured to suit customers' requirements.

ALUMINIUM AND COPPER INVESTMENT CASTINGS

Rajan Techno Cast provides aluminium and copper investment castings, and sand castings in steel and ductile iron. We conduct chemical analyses, tensile tests, impact tests and radiography (X-ray) on all the investment castings and sand castings. Rajan Techno Cast will also perform dye penetrates, corrosion tests, MPT tests and microstructures.

Investment castings and sand castings are also available under third-party inspections such as of LLOYDS, Bureau Veritas, DNV, etc.
