TODO-MATIC IS FREQUENTLY USED BY SUPPLY VESSELS

TODO-MATIC is most frequently used by supply vessels delivering various liquids (diesel, methanol, drinking water etc.) to the oil platforms in 3in and 4in sizes. TODO-MATIC 2.5in is used for delivering helicopter fuel, and the 2in size is used to deliver various chemicals on small containers to the platforms.Typical media being transferred by TODO-MATIC are various anti-corrosion liquids, glycol, diesel, methanol, helicopter fuel etc.

TODO-MATIC DESIGNED FOR SPILL-FREE CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTION

TODO-MATIC is a bayonet-style self sealing coupling, designed for spill free connection and disconnection. Both the coupler and the adaptor contain a piston valve which opens when the units are mated and closes when the units are disconnected, thus ensuring containment of the media. Coupler and adaptor valves can only be opened when connected to each other. The flow of the products is activated with the mating of the two parts. This is accomplished with a 100 degree turn which locks them in place and opens both piston valves.

TODO-MATIC standard version is designed for an operating pressure up to 25bar G, depending on the coupling material of construction and service condition. TODO-MATIC couplings can be connected and disconnected at a differential pressure up to 7bar.

TODO-MATIC IN SIZES FROM 1IN TO 6IN

TODO-MATIC as standard can be found in sizes from 1in to 6in, in aluminium, brass/gunmetal and stainless steel materials, with BSP and NPT threading. The adaptor is also available flanged. FPM (Viton®) seals are fitted as standard and other sealing materials such as fluorsilicon, EPDM, Kalrez, Chemraz etc are available.
