ENVIROSEAL - DIFFERENTIALLY ACTIVATED LIQUID SEALANT

Sealmaker EnviroSEAL is a specialty sealant designed specifically to repair control line leaks, SCSSV leaks, well-head leaks, hanger leaks, casing-tubing connection leaks, and various down-hole equipment leaks. EnviroSEAL is custom blended with any type of fluid system and can be used safely in all hydraulic oil and glycol systems.

The formation of an ultra-high strength seal with EnviroSEAL sealant requires that two parameters be met to initiate resin synthesis. The first is pressure differential and the second is flow rate through the leak point. This ensures that the leak itself is the only point of seal formation. Seals to 20,000psig are possible with this high-end sealant.

SEALMAKER CASING REPAIR SYSTEM

Sealmaker International's affiliate 300PSI has been the leading provider of annular treatment technology with a success rate of nearly 90% on over 1,300 applications since 1996.

The Sealmaker casing repair system is a proven patented composite technology, specifically designed to repair a multitude of leaks including injection well casing leaks, production well casing and packer leaks, and various types of sub-sea leaks. The process is independent of time constraint, and activates upon exposure to differential pressure. Filtration of the composite results in crystallization that forms a strong permanent seal exterior to the leak point.

Advantages include:

• Remains liquid until exposed to pressure differential at a leak
• Can remain indefinitely in a well-bore annulus without risk of solidification
• Eliminates the need for a work-over rig in most cases
• Inhibits corrosion
• Residual can remain in an annulus acting as a packer fluid

ENVIROPLUG HIGH-DENSITY PACKER SEALANT

EnviroPLUG ultra-high density composite formula is designed to specifically repair down-hole annular packer, hanger, and high pressure casing leaks. With the capability to blend EnviroPLUG to a specific gravity of 2.00, the composite gravitationally displaces through the annular fluid into the leak. Application of surface pressure can accelerate the application and sealant process.

SEALMAKER LEAK REPAIR SYSTEM

Composite leak repair system designed specifically for combating lost circulation. SealMaker Lost Circulation Material (LCM) is a derivative of the Sealmaker casing repair system and is compatible with any mud system. With the ability to restore circulation quickly and effectively, Sealmaker LCM is among the most advanced open-hole lost circulation materials available today.
